Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Prestige Concept account and associated data in either of the following ways. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Option 1 — in the app

1. Open the Prestige Concept app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Option 2 — by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at info@prestigeconceptus.comfrom any address with the subject "Account deletion" and include the phone number your account is registered with. We may contact that phone number to verify the request before deleting the account.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials (phone number, name).
• Store profile details, device records, and push notification tokens.
• Support conversations, claims, and uploaded photos.
• Unused store credits and referral data (forfeited on deletion).

What is retained

Records we are legally required to keep — issued invoices, payment and tax records — are retained for the statutory retention period required by applicable accounting and tax law, then deleted. These records are no longer linked to an active account.
